I am currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager for a leading FMCG organisation based in Saudi Arabia. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and own Category and Brand strategies for the entire F&B portfolio.
  • Drive the Brand Development and product development agenda.
  • Direct all consumer Insight activities in the Division; analysing market trends through market research, MIS, and other similar platforms.
  • Develop and implement consumer promotions & events.
  • Implement NPD projects, working on launch plans to achieve measurable objectives
  • Liaise with other internal departments such as sales, trade marketing, production, etc
  • Manage, develop and motivate people to achieve high performance and support the achievement of business objectives
  • To Launch New Products / New Packs / Packaging as planned.
  • Hand on experience in writing company profiles, articles, product campaigns and covering stories
  • Establish promotional strategies, product brochures and market needs
  • Understand, reflect & practice company vision & values.
  • Ensure business unit activities are conducted in line with company policies and procedures
  • P&L responsibility      

Requirements of the Senior Marketing Manager:

  • Min 8 years of relevant industry experience within FMCG
  • Min 4 years experience across KSA
  • Proven track record successfully managing a marketing team
  • Excellent Communication and time management skills
  • Team player
  • Extensive Market Research & Analysis experience with proven results
  • Exposure and working in multinational organisations
