The company has a global presence in more than 90 countries, over 9500 employees, 69 branches in 44 countries, and 36 production facilities in 21 countries. We were assigned a very critical position – HR Director for KSA business, seeking for an experienced Saudi national with minimum 10+ years of extensive HR experience within the multinational organisations in the KSA, who will fully lead HR function from both strategic and operational perspectives, with a direct reporting line to the General Manager. The main challenge was to engage with the right calibre candidates that were exposed to similar environment and multicultural teams, with outstanding ability to engage with international business stakeholders.
We presented a detailed market map, highlighting passive pool of candidates with similar industry background and required skills set as well as experience in change management to ensure they will be able to cope with the challenges of the business.
