In 2015, Cooper Fitch began working with a leading consultancy firm in the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia in an effort to assist with the nationalisation of the firm by hiring top tier Saudi national talent. The partnership has been supported by the Chairman of the firm who has been working hand in hand with Cooper Fitch to hire qualified, highly capable and motivated Saudi national across all service lines.
Over the proceeding twenty-four months, Cooper Fitch have used their extensive resources and Saudi network to identify, qualify, assess, and interview talent in the market to ensure all candidates possessed the right personality traits, technical competencies, leadership qualities and cultural fit for the firm. This included searching for candidates both Saudi Arabia and internationally and. Since the initiation of the partnership, Cooper Fitch have successfully appointed Partners Directors, Managers Senior Managers and Function Heads.
Due to the success of the relationship, both parties signed a three-year partnership agreement at the beginning of 2017 in an effort to ensure that the Chairman's key objectives continued to be met in the future.
