The goal of their organisation was to enhance the yield from their portfolio by creating and implementing a long term strategy.
This search methodology comprised of meeting with the CEO and his executive team, gaining an understanding of both the individual projects and motivations behind the recruitment plan as well as the key success factors of the potential applicants.
Successfully identified, assessed and placed the 2 roles with the candidates from the asset management and hospitality sectors.
