An International client had been searching for a Corporate Partner for 9 months with little success, finding that their specific requirements could not be met. They had engaged with recruiters both regionally and internationally, however, were unable to identify the right fit to lead the existing team.
We met with the Managing Partner on more than one occasion to drill down on the specifics of the role, as well as to identify the necessary attributes to lead the already successful team.
We utilized our UK partnered agency who were able to source, match and interview on the ground in the UK, and, within a short time, we had identified two International and one local Partner who fit the criteria. We actively headhunted for this position, however, were already working closely with two of the three candidates. At this level, the absolute non-negotiable for candidates was the right fit and what the firm could offer them long term.
After a grueling interview process over a two week period, the firm selected the ideal candidate. Our process from start to finish was four weeks.
