Our well respected and renowned institution in the GCC had awarded us the mandate to search for their VP of Finance & Administration. This would have a direct reporting line to the Chancellor, Board and Executive Committee which included prominent members of a Royal Family and Government entities. The combination of a world class profile with international experience, Middle East business acumen, first class Finance qualifications, global corporate governance best practice with a deep passion for community service were all critical elements for the successful appointment.

Our Solution:

Factoring in all the key critical technical, leadership, education and personal requirements required by the Board an expansive search across the U.S.., Europe and the Middle East took place. A key focus was mapping leading institutions and top tier Finance consulting practices followed by thorough process of interviews and assessments by our firm before presenting a short list to the University. The University undertook their own internal interview processes including meeting and presenting to the panel including members of the Executive Committee.

We successfully identified and appointed a great Finance leader for our client who had worked in North America and the Middle East within 2 leading international technology companies as well as in the Education sector with a commitment and passion to serving the community.
