A large and well-respected Saudi Family Holding group had a critical assignment requirement. Their General Manager Logistics of their Life Sciences distribution arm had been promoted to the Board and were looking for an external hire. As part of the Saudi Nationalisation program they wanted to appoint a Saudi National who had a combination of strong business acumen, a proven track record of supply chain and operations excellence, international experience and from the Life Sciences sector.
This assignment included the search and selection of an international calibre profile via a combination of local market mapping, direct headhunting and strategic networking. Within 2 weeks were able to present a short list of assessed profiles matching the search. The selected candidate was interviewed via the HR Director, CEO and Chairman.
We were successful having identifying and appointed a Saudi National with the right skill set and interpersonal skills who was open to relocating to Jeddah from Riyadh.
