Cooper Fitch visited the company headquarter in Oman to identity the core technical, personality and cultural requirements necessary to fit in to the organisation. This search methodology comprised of taking a complete brief of their requirements, conducting the full Market Mapping exercise and assessing the relevant candidates.
Cooper Fitch utilised an extensive network of existing contacts in Oman and successfully appointed a highly skilled Qualified Accountant Omani National with the experience in the power sector.
