Our client is one of the world's leading system suppliers of carton packaging and filling machines for beverages and food. They have over 5,000 employees worldwide and offer packaging solutions to regional and leading multinational organisations.

Challenges faced by our Client:

As they sought to further develop their Supply Chain Team in KSA they were looking for a highly experienced Arabic speaker with 15+ years experience in Supply Chain particularly in the FMCG industry and within a certain salary bracket. This type of profile does exist, however our client didn't have the resources or the hours to ensure they could market map and interview a long list of professionals with the limited time that they had. The person in that position was retiring and they needed someone to start as soon as possible.
