Challenges faced by our Client
The Head of HR for a global leader in the Consumer Electronics industry based in Dubai HQ felt that the organisation did not have sufficient resources in place in order to recruit successfully for a number of positions ranging from Sales and Marketing to Legal Services, in vital markets across the GCC. The Client had also advised that there had been a lack of diversity within the organisation and were keen to employ a more diverse workforce particularly for their Dubai office.
Cooper Fitch have been appointed to recruit for over 60 positions to date for their Dubai office. The roles range from entry- senior level requiring up to 15 years' experience within the Consumer Electronics industry.
Upon instruction we assigned 8 dedicated consultants to work on approximately 60 roles over the last 4 months, divided by specialisation.
We conducted further research in order to gain an in-depth understanding of the core values of the organisation, which we then appointed an account manager as a single point of contact between both companies.
Our consultants started the search firstly by mapping the entire Consumer Electronics market in order to ensure that all of the candidate resources were fully utilised. This included various numbers of job boards, our dedicated network on LinkedIn, through successful advertisement via the Cooper Fitch website and lastly through our widely integrated networks.
We created a standardised in depth interview process to suit the clients precise requirements, which consisted of initial screening, face to face competency based interviews, recruitment open days and thorough interview preparation.
Roles successfully delivered
To date Cooper Fitch has successfully placed approximately 6 candidates within a two month period, including:- Pre-sales and Solutions Manager, Experiential Marketing Executive, 2 x Account Managers, Sales Manager & Printer Sales Manager.
