All too often we deem interviews to be somewhat of an interrogation session and we forget that they are also supposed to provide us with the opportunity to interview the company and possibly our future employer.

Below is a suggested list of questions you can prepare for the interviewer once the interviewer has finished asking you their intended questions. This will also show the interviewer that you are interested in the role and would be likely to accept the offer if they decided to present one to you.

These types of questions include vacation time, working hours per week, salary and benefits to name a few. These questions can be addressed once you have been made a formal offer and are in the contract negotiation stage of the process.
2. Avoid bundling your questions
Rather ask one question at a time and allow the interview time to answer before asking the second question.
3. Avoid yes or no answer
These types of questions can impede the flow of conversation between you and the interviewer and create a sense of awkwardness during the interview.

This may make the interviewer uncomfortable and you will have plenty of time to get to know them once you start the job.
